i have a problem with party poker that they wont send me my payout that was requested last saturday night.

the reason they said was i had 22 deposits and withdrawals over 5 day period prior to that. ie 100 deposit 150 withdrawal, 50 depsoit 70 withdrawal. i never accumulated a balance just played one session and withdrew. so i played 11 sessions over that week. the final session saturday i went from 100-610 and requested payout.

anyway they told me i had to wait 2-3 business days for the prior transactions to clear and now its friday they still wont give me my money(5 business days later).

they tried to appease me with a 15 dollar bonus and a reup deposit bonus for the next play - but i said to them what do you believe to be the most important aspect in playing with the site? you getting my money or me having confidence in receiving mine when i actually win ?

i signed up as preferred member and provided all my details which is supposed to alleviate any difficulties.

as a final point any and all of the transactions from the previous week added to a postive back to me.

you guys may see it differently but after 5 business days and no funds ive about had enough with this place.

(as a side note every other deposit and payout was done same day no questions asked but now i ask for a larger amount for me which im told by them is insignificant for them they are so big- but no dice)

so be warned about this problem

gd

thanks for your reply gd

i do take your point - i guess from my perspective is if they dont want you to play just tell me that up front and i will play elsewhere.

dont make me wait 14 business days for my money and 17 days total

that to me is not the way to operate a customer based business

but again i take your point

I don't think it's that they don't want you to play, it's just the way you are constantly cashing in and cashing out is costing them too much. It's one of the reasons why some places put a few days hold until you can cash out.

I would have to agree with greendoberman. Constantly withdrawing and depositing isnt acceptable at any pokerroom. In fact, most won't even pay you as fast as partypoker. they are one of the fastest payouts in the business. they are also the most reliable in my opinion.

They need to protect themselves from people who would do 100 transactions in a day.

You mind if i ask why you would need to withdraw after each session? It isnt like a casino, your money is safe at partypoker. they arent going anywhere. I wouldnt recommended keeping 100,000 at party poker, but a couple of hundred isnt a big deal.

thk u

thank you for your comments

and the reason i enter and end each session is as follows

i found when i did one large deposit and played I would lose as the hands i would get beaten on were silly.

just by setting an amount only to play that session with i would win each time, and the hands i tended to start with were higher quality (superstitous, money management etc not sure)

i guess I had found something that made me comfortable and wanted to keep playing with it in that manner

however if they want to tie up my money and not pay me for so long i wont play with them any more

i hope that explains it

fair enough, good luck finding a pokerroom that will allow you to make 22 transactions in 5 days.

its only 11 really and if you net the ins and outs they have no risk - i have risk in that they owe me

again i take your point on cost

thanks and gl

No offense, but I don't blame them. Those transactions cost them money.

no i won abt 800 in total

but i set my limit for each session 50 or 100

i cash out when cards go cold so i have a low payout of 60 and a high of 610

now they wont pay me for 20 days

my whole online strategy changed from making one large deposit to smaller ones. the reason was i thought the cards i was getting were much better- when i played larger hands i wud get killed on the river. now starting with smaller bank my impression is that i have a better chance of winning

this is the same thing i found in online blackjack. when i played small stakes i wud breakeven/ small profit as soon as i increased the bets the dealer became unbeatable.

i dont think this is a random occurrance - definately these online games have some interferrance in the results

again just my opinion

Why do you play if you think the games are rigged???

thats a very good question

the answer is i enjoy playing but i treat it like a business too keeping track of the ins and outs - so i know where i stand

most likely ill call it quits as i dont like waiting for my money

have a good day
